The Healthcare Program Coordinator and Trainer is responsible for managing and delivering healthcare-related training programs in accordance with Petrosphere’s quality and regulatory standards. The role ensures seamless coordination, effective facilitation, and compliance with local and international healthcare training frameworks, supporting both client needs and internal strategic goals.
Plan and organize healthcare training programs (e.g., Basic Life Support, CPR, Infection Control).
Coordinate scheduling, resource management, and certification logistics with internal teams and accrediting institutions.
Monitor and report program performance, feedback, and continuous improvement data to management.
Facilitate training sessions using blended learning methodologies (in-person, online, hybrid).
Adapt content to different learning levels and sectors, ensuring knowledge retention and learner engagement.
Assess trainee performance and issue recommendations or follow-ups where applicable.
Maintain training documentation, attendance, and evaluation logs per HSSEQ and ISO 9001 standards.
Ensure course content aligns with updates from DOH, PRC, and other relevant bodies.
Safeguard data privacy and uphold workplace safety protocols during training delivery.
Interface with clients to tailor-fit training programs.
Coordinate with Sales and Training Officers for training leads and schedules.
Contribute to team initiatives, program reviews, and innovation efforts.
Degree in Nursing, Medical Technology, Public Health, or equivalent healthcare discipline.
Preferably certified in ASHI, DOH-accredited training, or CPD-recognized programs.
At least 2 years of experience in health training, instructional design, or program coordination.
Experience in community health outreach or corporate wellness training is a plus.
Excellent public speaking and instructional skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and learning management systems (e.g., Moodle).
Strong documentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Competent in facilitating emergency response simulations and hands-on healthcare workshops.
