 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate HSE training programs across Luzon
• Promote training, consultancy, and safety solutions to private sector clients
• Generate leads, prepare proposals, and achieve sales targets
• Build strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Represent Petrosphere in meetings, site visits, and industry engagements

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
✅ Experience: Proven sales experience, HSEQ compliance knowledge, and training program coordination.
✅ Skills: Strong communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
✅ Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software, LMS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
✅ Preferred Location: Candidates based in Luzon  are highly encouraged to apply.
