Regional Sales and Training Coordinators

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Regional Sales and Training Coordinator to support our regional sales team. This role is critical in ensuring that our sales strategies are effectively implemented and that our sales staff are well-equipped to meet their goals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a knack for training, and a strategic mindset.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Sales Support: Assist regional sales teams in achieving sales targets by providing strategic guidance, resources, and support.
  • Training & Development: Design, develop, and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of sales personnel, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance across the region, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitive activities, providing insights to the sales team.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, training outcomes, and regional performance metrics.


Qualifications:


  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, training, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

Skills

  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Ability to travel within the region as required.
